Pharmacy Policy Statement

OneSpotCare operates under both 503A and 503B regulations and partners with licensed pharmacies nationwide to ensure safe and compliant compounding practices.

All medications provided by OneSpotCare are compounded and prepared only after receiving a valid prescription. These products are not pre-manufactured or immediately available for shipment.

•Certain active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) may require special ordering, which can extend preparation time.

•Standard processing for most compounded medications is a minimum of 72 hours prior to shipping.

•Patient-specific GLP-1 weight loss injectables require 7–10 business days for processing.

•Bulk GLP-1 injectable orders (minimum quantity of 25) are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped directly for office use. Please indicate in your order if it is for office stock.

•Non-sterile products are shipped only on Fridays. Orders received on Friday will be processed the next business day.

We recommend placing orders in advance to prevent delays in patient care.
